Tuesday 4/30

Hab building day! Our colonists worked on the blueprints and made pivots as needed. Commander Motsinger taught everyone how to do peer feedback with a special twist (post-its with sentence starts!). Warm and cool feedback ="hard on content - soft on people". With the feedback given, more pivots were made. We are excited about how the habs are shaping up.

Catch-up work: Many of our colonists had unfinished work and worked in "outer space" with Commander Blair. Many question sets for "The Martian" were finished by most. There are still Mission Rover assignments that need to be completed. Please ask your Gryphons if their work is done!
