Well that caught us as a surprise, but we are happy to have made it in. During Science with Green and Blue we had a guest speaker, Ellen Ives, who is the sustainability and waste reduction educator with Waste Management. She came to share with us more details about what we saw during our field trip last month. We made some realizations that we are not doing our recycling all that well! This is very helpful information for us as we move forward in pitching our ideas for how to positively impact the food and plastic waste on our campus. No new homework.

In Humanities, rotations received their Week 4 vocabulary words. The quizzes will be Red - Friday, Yellow and Green- Monday, and Blue Tuesday. Red and Green rotations began taking notes for an upcoming Socratic Seminar that will take place next week to discuss The City of Ember.

All rotations are iReady testing for both Math and Reading this week. Please make sure your kids have headphones or earbuds and charged Chromebooks every day. Thanks.
