STEM focus: Solar Cars

Thank you Mr. Daane, Mr. Buck and Mrs. Lavagnino for coming in and working with solar car teams today. We really appreciate you sharing your problem solving with our students. Today was spent in prototyping and getting our circuits to work properly. Lots of issues with getting the LED and the motor to run at the same time. Many "A Ha" moments were shared by students during our wrap up and so many good ideas were tried out. Be sure to ask your student about their learning moments and check out our social media feeds later today for some videos.

Science: materials for solar car (at student discretion not to exceed total $10 value)

ELA: Red & Green CSI due Friday (work till will be given on Thursday)

Math: make sure unit 1, 3, 4 & 7 are complete in workbook
