The costume display was very impressive today. There are a lot of pictures on our social media accounts. Such clever costume ideas!
Science: All cell models were completed today. We are still learning how to clean up efficiently by lunch time, but we will get there. There were a million and one different craft supplies used for this project and our home base shows it! We are looking forward to seeing all of you on Friday in the a.m. for the Cell Museum.
Math: There was a math test today. We were so happy to have Mrs. Stalheim back! I think our kiddos would agree it's not the same without her.
Humanities: We learned how to write a professional email today. The key words are "concise" and "succinct". On Friday, their email to Mr. Smith, our principal, is due. We will be crafting emails throughout the year to people in our community, the district and other organizations. Knowing how to sound professional in an email is important and I think they totally "got it" today, which was fantastic.
**The OMSI field trip is next Wednesday. If you haven't turned in the permission slip, we appreciate you sending it in soon. There are also some health forms that were passed out to a few kiddos, so check that as well.**
