You know it's a special and fun day at school when you greet your learners and they might be more dressed up than you. We loved seeing the motto dress for success come to life today and the excitement was palpable as students began their presentations. From all accounts and feedback from the Sharks, the students were great.
In language arts we covered our narrative rubric, which we use continually throughout the year. To that end, students rough drafts are due Friday morning before students arrive to class. Drafts should be 800-1200 words long and turned into classroom. In science students were investigating specialized regions of the brain and neuroplasticity. We look forward to another great day of Shark presentations tomorrow!
