National Breadstick Day!

Spirit Week is next week. Monday is Odyssey Spirit Wear. Wear your Gryphon Gear or school colors (Blue and Green)

Today was a repeat of yesterday. Our morning was filled with the rest of our Curiosity Cruise presentations. We were really impressive with their content knowledge! Rubrics should be coming home next week.

In the afternoon the kids who went to Humanities, worked on reflections of their Socratic Seminar and Curiosity Cruise experiences. HOMEWORK: Khan Academy - students only need to do up to Linking Verbs, which is about 10 modules and should only take 20 minutes.

MATH: We did more triangle area and found the formula. HOMEWORK (rotations 2, 3, & 4 only) complete p. 63 & 64 completed.

SCIENCE: We watched a short introductory video to Cell Theory and started an online virtual microscope lab. HOMEWORK: An accompanying paper needs to be completed by Monday in order for students to use the actual microscopes. ALSO, remember the half page of notes (assigned Wednesday) about different brain cells is due Monday, too.
