Boy oh boy, the kids are excited about the upcoming holiday, for sure. But we still were able to squeeze some work out of them.
We went over turn in expectations for their ancient civilization projects in humanities. Groups were putting their final touches on projects that are due tomorrow (HOMEWORK). There will be fine tuning after the break, but students are expected to turn in their work tomorrow.
For science, student groups took a peek into Mrs. M's pantry to investigate her plastic use. It was fun to hear their conversations about what she is doing well and then the strategies they proposed to help her improve. HOMEWORK make sure all assignments with due dates in EARTH SCIENCE are turned in and have earned a 2 or better.
The Mondrian ratio project took up all of our math time today. HOMEWORK finish up that project and make sure all your practice problems are complete!
Thanks to Alex for bringing in some more cardboard tubes for our OdBox supplies.
