First and foremost, cheeseburgers at Burgerville are only $1 today! GO GET EM!

Secondly, and just as important, we finished our second and final day of forensic lab testing! We focused on evidence-based claims. Thanks to all of the parent volunteers who came to assist today! Final claims will be presented Friday in groups.

In Humanities we finished up our diagnostic testing (i-Ready) so that we can start our year off on the right foot. This is a great check-up on what the kids know academically. We will start next week on the math i-Ready as well. We wanted to spread it out so it wasn't so intensified and like, torturous. :)

In math, we introduced Strong Circles (or Circle Time) and how important it is to respect students in our circles. We had a great time! We will sometimes use Circle Time to help us get to know our classmates better, and use it as a time to practice respectful listening.

HOMEWORK: There's no homework tonight, unless there is missing work! WOOHOO!
