I'm Back!

Your children welcomed me back with such love this morning! I have really missed your darlings and am so happy to be back at Odyssey.

Today was an anchor day. We concentrated heavily on getting our expository water essays drafted and peer edited. These are due tomorrow, so please check with your kiddo about their progress. These essays will count for two content areas, so yeah, it's kind of a big deal.

Most kids were pulled for math today. They are working on fractions, preparing for quizzes, and there's some homework!

Thanks to the parents who have already volunteered their time during our civilization project work. We SOOO love you being here with us. Our days are counting down and we have a few more "Needs" we'd love for you to help us with if you can:

We need paint brushes, all sizes, also tape measures (If you happen to be at IKEA grab a few paper ones for us!), fabric glue, duct tape and we are ALWAYS in need of acrylic paints, all colors. Thanks!
