Happy Pasta Day

Thanks to all the parents who attended our curriculum night last night. If you were unable to attend, feel free to check out the slide show (lots of good info and links!) posted on the calendar page.

Today was another anchor day. Kids worked on their curiosity cruise. They should be getting ready for presentations (Next Thurs and Friday) so invite them to practice for you at home. Students also logged into Khan Academy to work on 3 grammar modules assigned by Mr. More. If they did not finish them during class it is HOMEWORK.

MATH: We continue our work with area and parallelograms. HOMEWORK: page 41 in workbook, question #3.

SCIENCE: Though we did not have class time today, students are supposed to spend at least 20 more minutes researching their brain interest. I suggest looking into how memories are formed. HOMEWORK: one full page of notes from the past three days of researching.
