Happy First Day of School!

Today was so fun! We first met in our "family meeting" where we have the whole 6th grade. This happens some mornings and everyday after lunch. We set our goal for the day: "I am ready to receive information". Then we went to an assembly where we met the whoooole campus! So fun!

HOMEWORK: Happy Telephone Day! Kids were asked to CALL SOMEONE and tell them about their first day at Odyssey!!

Mrs. Drier told us about materials and helped us place our backpacks. We also played telephone!

Mr. More helped us make observations about our learning environment through a protocol called "See-Think-Wonder".

Mrs. Motsinger informed us about our new morning routine. We get to school and pickup our CONFIDENTIAL conversation journals and we also have an option of answering Brain Quest questions daily.

Mrs. Stalheim helped us find learning environments, remember where each room is located, and what it's like to have "circle time".
