Happy Buy a Donut Day!

Tomorrow's Spirit Day: Costumes! No masks. Also remember it is still a full day of learning!


Math: students completed Lesson 10 or Lesson 11 today. We are working on reviewing Lessons 1-11 before our big mid-unit assessment on Friday.

HOMEWORK:

  • Rotations 2, 3, 4 need to complete Lesson 10 Practice Problems. Please see Google Classroom for Answer Key!

  • Rotation 1 needs to complete Lesson 11 Practice Problems. Please see Google Classroom for Answer Key!

Humanities: Students worked to finish their civilization pre-search poster, determining the most important factors that make up a civilization. Students also received their rubrics back for their Curiosity Cruise and Narrative essays. These scores can be found in JumpRope under the Assessment tab. HOMEWORK: none.


Science: Today we investigated animals cells. Student groups created slides of cheek cells collected from a student donor. Then we drew what we saw through the microscope at 40x and 100x magnification. It was pretty neat. HOMEWORK: none.
