Hard to believe that we've not been together on a Monday in such a long time. Today was good We had so much to do, it is good that we have a full week ahead of us.
SCIENCE: Teams continue to work on sketching ideas and trying them out. Many students have started using our tools to cut and glue different frames together. Several teams even had cars racing around on the floor after determining how to get the gears connected. Lots of great learning happening! **March 9th is the contest at Hudson Bay High School** Please see email from me last week with specifics.
HUMANITIES: There's a new unit happening here that will help with presentation skills. It was a really fun day. I encourage you to ask your kids about it.
MATH: As students are finishing up quizzes, redo opportunities are available and on the students' time to get turned in. Compact 7/8 had 4-6 to do. As always, please consult Pearson and Google Classroom for the most up-to-date assignments.
CURIOSITY CRUISIN': First round of presentations was today. Three more to go. Please ask your student to rehearse for you a few times to best settle their nerves.
