Check, check, check

Students are checking things off their list! Today was the due date for the water essay, which counts for Science AND ELA. We learned how to duplicate our work so that it could be submitted twice in Google Classroom. We are happy to report that 94% of them got it turned in before today's end of school deadline! YAY! New topics will begin tomorrow in those two subjects.

Math continues to work with fractions and mixed numbers. All students had some type of homework this evening. Most were a page or two in the workbook. One group is preparing for a test with review/practice. Thank you for helping your student find regular time for math.

Lots more work was completed on the Civilizations Museum project. Each student works with a small group to create their exhibit. Lots of model communities and costumes are coming together! The due date is pretty firm since we have already scheduled our visitors on the 31st and Feb. 1st. Also, parents are coming the evening on the 31st! We're very excited!
