CHARGE YOUR CHROMEBOOKS!

PLEASE HELP YOUR KIDS CHARGE THEIR CHROMEBOOKS. They're coming completely not charged and it's a big BIG sad face when we can't use chromebooks. Also, there are 5 chargers here and they're not supposed to be. So. There's that. :)

The kids did great during Personal Learning Time (PLT) and worked hard on getting their coding and missing assignments complete in the afternoon. Mrs. Motsinger and I (Stalheim) are very impressed with their work ethic and stamina today. :)

HOMEWORK: no homework due tomorrow but STUDY FOR EUROPE QUIZ! Late assignments are always accepted so please check with your student if you have anything missing.

Science: we introduced how to read rubrics accompanying assignments so now students will know what to do with returned assignments. Re-submissions are always welcome as long as there have been changes made. Also, it's okay if a student is receiving a "2" or "progressing" because that means they're on their way to mastery! Additionally, students researched about neurons and glial cells and how they interact with each other.

Humanities: Asia quiz is over! EUROPE ON FRIDAY! AFRICA NEXT WEDNESDAY!

Math: We did some more Design Thinking today! The kids learned their CHALLENGE (design or redesign an experience that will improve your school) and have started brainstorming with their groups. It's going to be SO FUN!
